University Recreation & Sport Facilities provides a variety of programs and services to meet the needs and interests of the University community. Specific programs include: Group Exercise, Fitness, Adventure Trips, Archery, Climbing Programs, Open Recreation, Massage Therapy, Intramurals, Sport Clubs, Special Events, Wellness Education, Bowling and Billiards, and an Internship Program.
All upper campus indoor and outdoor sport recreation facilities are managed by University Recreation and Sport Facilities. These facilities include McPhee Center/Ade Olson Addition, Hilltop Recreation Center Office, Bowling and Billiard Center, Crest Fitness Center, Simpson Fields, Towers Field, Hilltop basketball and tennis courts, Bridgman basketball courts, and Bollinger Fields.

Inclusive Excellence Plan
Recreation and Sport Facilities student and professional staff will:
- Be intentional when hiring to market to a diverse population
- Participate in diverse programs. Offer diversity training on an annual or semi-annual basis at staff meetings to inspire involvement. Implementing diversity training at all staff training in the fall and again in the spring.
- Ensure the department is aware of using appropriate language. When creating a program, proof all of the marketing that will be handed out. Discuss annually with professional staff.
- Support and encourage participation in on-campus opportunities for mentoring and involving individuals from diverse populations.
