Fitness Loop

The Vita Course is located behind McPhee on upper campus. Enjoy a .6 mile, 9 element wooded fitness loop. Each element has instructional signage complete with workout suggestions on the back.

Pull up bars

Elements include:
• Warm up bench
• Parallel bars
• Push up/row
• Ab bench
• Box jump
• Monkey bars/ball grip
• Captains chair
• Pull up/dip
• Balance
