Facilities Purchasing works with the University Technicians, Custodians, Designers, and Construction Managers to acquire goods and services to maintain function on UW-Eau Claire’s campus. This includes Central Stores inventory items such as paper or cleaning supplies, Grounds items such as salt, to large scale design projects such as Residence Hall construction projects.
We work largely with the MRO (Maintenance-Repair-Operation) State Contract. This contract contains items that are under mandatory purchase such as light bulbs and hand tools but also items you might not even think of like box fans and adhesive.
