Purchasing food and meals

The purchase of food (meals, snacks, etc.) on and off campus is governed by UW-System policy and the UW-Eau Claire contract with Sodexo. Please note that Pcards and PT cards may not be used to purchase food. In certain circumstances Corporate Cards may be used for meals and those expenses may be submitted for reimbursement.
