UW-Eau Claire will host three commencement ceremonies on May 21, including the College of Business at 9 a.m., the College of Arts and Sciences at 1:30 p.m. and the colleges of Nursing and Health Sciences and Education and Human Sciences at 5:30 p.m.

Fifteen Blugolds were part of the 2022 “Guatemala: Social and Environmental Justice Winterim Immersion Program” during UW-Eau Claire's Winterim session. They learned about Latin American history, as well as social and environmental justice.

UW-Eau Claire's Haas Fine Arts Center will be the site of a pop-up vaccine clinic from noon to 4 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 28. Vaccines and boosters for COVID-19 and influenza will be available to students, employees and community members.

Taylor Johnson was helping to care for her ailing uncle when she saw the impact that nurses have on their patients and their loved ones. She knew then that she wanted to be a nurse so she could make that kind of positive difference in the lives of others.
