Nicole Roper, a BSN completion program graduate (class of 2019), shares her thoughts about the challenges of going back to school for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and how the UW-Eau Claire program with its mix of online and face-to-face courses met her learning style. As a working nurse, the program also helped her maintain a life work balance while inspiring her to continue her education beyond the baccalaureate level.
