Countdown to Commencement is a drop-in event for all students who expect to graduate this semester. It is designed as a one-stop-shop that provides students with all the information they need to make the most of their commencement experience. This once-a-semester event brings together many resources and opportunities for students during their last semester at UW-Eau Claire.

Pick Up Your Tickets

Pick up the tickets you reserved for your guests. If you haven't yet reserved tickets, log into CampS to complete your Commencement To Do list. All guests must have a ticket - including infants and children. 

Purchase Commencement Regalia

Regalia, including black caps and gowns are required for all students who plan to participate in the commencement ceremony. Graduates who are not wearing regalia will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony.

Undergraduate and Master graduates can purchase cap, gown, tassel and cords from the University Bookstore. DNP candidates must purchase regalia online.

Announcements, diploma frames, rings and more will also be available.

Leave Your Mark on UW-Eau Claire

Making a donation to UW-Eau Claire is a meaningful way for you to give back and make an impact on the next generation of Blugolds. Graduates who make a gift of $20.24 or greater will receive a Blugold spirit cord, blue and gold cords to wear with graduation regalia or to display somewhere meaningful to be reminded of your time at UW-Eau Claire. Graduates who make a gift also have an opportunity to honor a faculty or staff member as a "Blugold Tribute."
