Preparing to Graduate
Registration information for the Spring 2021 ceremony will be sent to the UWEC email addresses of those who have applied to graduate approximately twelve weeks prior to commencement day. Applications for graduation are accepted at any time, but must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the ceremony in order to be included in the printed program.
May 2021 Ceremony Information
Our top priority is the health and safety of our graduates, their supporters, and our staff. Eau Claire County guidelines, statewide guidance, and CDC guidelines restricting in-person gatherings and travel continue to be in effect. Because of the complex nature of commencement and the evolving public health situation, please understand that changes to this plan may occur. Our plans will align with the most accurate information that we have and in consultation with the public health department.
