What is the plan for the rescheduled May 2020 ceremony?
An in-person ceremony is being planned for October 2, 2020. Additional details will be sent to graduates in their UWEC email addresses over the summer.
Where can I purchase cap, tassel and other regalia?
Our bookstore on campus is closed at this time. Please visit the Herff Jones website to purchase all commencement regalia. http://colleges.herffjones.com/college/_uwec/
Can I still apply to graduate for the May 2020 term?
The ability to apply online for May 2020 is no longer available in MyBlugoldCamps. Please email email@example.com to request to graduate in the May 2020 term.
When will I receive my diploma?
Diplomas will be mailed approximately 6 - 8 weeks after semester grades have been submitted. Please be sure to update your home address in MyBlugold CampS to ensure your diploma reaches you at the correct address. View instructions for updating personal contact information.
When will I receive my diploma cover?
Diplomas covers will be mailed after the in-person ceremony in Fall 2020. Please be sure to update your home address in MyBlugold CampS to ensure that these items reach you at the correct address. View instructions for updating personal contact information.
Will I be able to take photos on campus?
Due to current social distancing requirements, all campus buildings are closed. If you choose to come to campus to take photos, you must remember to maintain a distance of 6 feet from others.
I can’t attend the rescheduled May 2020 ceremony.
You are welcome to come back to campus to participate in a future regularly-scheduled ceremony. In order to indicate your preference, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request which ceremony you intend to participate.
I haven’t received my order from Herff Jones.
If you have already purchased regalia from Herff Jones online you should have received an email message from Herff Jones Cap & Gown Business System <email@example.com>, where they asked which address to ship your order, or an option to request a refund. For the fastest customer service, please find the email from Herff Jones in your UWEC inbox.
If you cannot find that email you can contact them at email firstname.lastname@example.org, but please know that they are managing thousands of orders at this time and that the customer service will be slower.
