Terri Knudtson

Terri Knudtson is the Catering Director for Blugold Dining. She started working for UW-Eau Claire University Dining Services in 1988. Terri has many years of experience planning large and small scale events such as weddings, banquets and receptions. If you are planning a special event, Terri would be happy to meet with you or your group to make your event memorable.
When Terri is not at work she enjoys spending time with her four beautiful grandchildren and working in her multiple flower beds and Koi fish pond.
