Plans, monitors, and manages UW-Eau Claire annual budget.

Children’s Nature Academy

Provides early childhood education and care for campus and community families.

Facilities Management

Maintains, operates, and improves campus buildings, grounds, and utilities.

Human Resources

Supports employee recruitment, retention, benefits, and workplace policies.

Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

Manages purchasing, contracts, and vendor relationships for university goods and services.

Risk Management, Safety & Sustainability

Oversees campus risk, environmental health and safety, and sustainability initiatives.

University Accounting & Accounts Payable

Handles financial transactions, reporting, and payments on behalf of UW-Eau Claire.

University Police

Ensures the safety and security of the campus community.

Sonnentag Operations

Provides administrative, operational and financial oversight of UW-Eau Claire's event center and fieldhouse
