Commencement Checklist

First and Foremost - Congratulations!  All your hard work is about to pay off and we are proud of you.  We hope you are as excited about the commencement ceremony as we are.  However, you can't Commence if you don't apply to graduate for December 2014.  Do this sooner rather than later in the semester.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

  • Beginning Monday, October 6th
Use the Commencement Ticket Reservation System to request your tickets to Commencement.  (This is the only way tickets are reserved for you!) Please note that you may not receive all the tickets you request, but every graduate will be allotted a base number of tickets and any additional tickets that are available will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the Commencement Ticket Reservation System.
  • November 3rd
Speeches due for Student Speaker Competition.  Email to Debra at commencement@uwec.edu.
  • November 18th
Senior Countdown event in Dakota Ballroom of the W.R. Davies Student Center. One stop for all your commencement needs: tickets, regalia, get to know your Alumni Association and much more.

Checklist to help you make sure you are ready for the big day.
