You can't Commence if you don't apply to graduate for May 2014. Do this sooner rather than later in the semester. This is part of your Commencement Checklist.
NOW thru April 7-Use the Commencement Ticket Reservation System to request your tickets to Commencement. (This is the only way tickets are reserved for you!) Please note that you may not receive all the tickets you request, but every graduate will be allotted a base number of tickets. All additional tickets are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the Commencement Ticket Reservation System.
April 9th-Speeches due for Student Speaker Competition. Email to Lynn at email@example.com.
April 11-If you are NOT walking. Use the Commencement Ticket Reservation System and answer the two questions to confirm that you are NOT planning to attend Commencement.
May 1-Last day for Special Seating requests. All special seating tickets have been assigned at this time. Please do not request.
April 7-Last day to request tickets by mail. See Tickets tab for guidelines.
May 9th by Noon-LAST DAY TO PICK UP COMMENCEMENT TICKETS! All unclaimed tickets will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis on Commencement Day. More details to follow in an email as we get closer to Commencement.
