Commencement Checklist

First and Foremost - Congratulations!  All your hard work is about to pay off and we are proud of you.  We hope you are as excited about the commencement ceremony as we are.  However, you can't commence if you don't apply to graduate for May 2015.  Do this sooner rather than later in the semester.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

  • Beginning Monday, February 16th
An email  will be sent to graduation candidates using their UWEC email address with a link to a Commencement Ticket Reservation System to request tickets for your guests.  (This is the only way tickets are reserved for you!)
  • April 13th
Speeches due for entry into the Student Speaker Competition.  Email manuscripts to Debra at commencement@uwec.edu.
  • April 22nd
Senior Countdown event in Dakota Ballroom of the W.R. Davies Student Center. One stop for all your commencement needs: tickets, regalia, get to know your Alumni Association and much more.

Checklist to help you make sure you are ready for the big day.
