Time Management
Study Skills

Exam Preparation
You can work with a coach once or choose to meet weekly throughout the semester to help you stay on track. Sessions are held in the Academic Skills Center (Centennial 2104) or McIntyre Library (Collaborative Learning Center, Room 2003A).

Coaches can help you develop skills and strategies useful for academic success at UWEC. While a coach can help with nearly anything, our most popular areas include the following:
Coaching sessions typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour, but there is flexibility based on your needs and your coach's schedule. After you have signed up for a coaching session, you and your coach will meet for your first appointment to see what areas you might be looking to improve. Together, you'll work to set goals and find strategies that can help you be successful.
To cancel a previously scheduled appointment, log into the Navigate app or website. Click on your upcoming appointments, select Cancel my Attendance, and follow the on-screen directions.
If you don't see a time in Navigate that works for you, send your appointment request to the program coordinator (Tricia Armstrong) by emailingarmstrtk@uwec.edu. You can also stop the Student Success Center (CEN 2104) and talk to an assistant at our welcome desk.
Appointments must be cancelled in Navigate at least 24 hours in advance. Email your coach with any late cancellations.
Students who do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time twice in a semester may be restricted from making new appointments.
