Facilities projects are driven by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire master plan, a framework for the physical development of our beautiful campus that conforms to our values of stewardship and sustainability. The plan and resulting projects take into account the academic and strategic goals of the university and our vision of a vibrant learning and living environment for students, faculty, staff and community.

This Strategic redesign will transform one of the primary entrances of campus into a pedestrian mall more accommodating to students and visitors alike.

The Pablo Center at the Confluence

The new arts center will provide much-needed rehearsal, teaching and support space for the university's theater program and a significantly larger performance venue for its nationally renowned music program.

New Upper Campus Residence Hall

New Residence Hall

The new residence hall will house 432 students and is scheduled to open in August 2019. It will include living areas that will house four students each, some with single rooms and some with double rooms; floor lounges with kitchens; music, and game rooms.
