The Office of Graduate Studies is within the division of Academic Affairs. Graduate Studies provides oversight for graduate education at the university. We oversee graduate assistantships, the graduate foundation fellowships, and the Advanced Opportunity Program grants. We also maintain records, policies and other procedures relating to graduate students. Applications for admission are submitted to the Office of Admissions, and then forwarded to the Graduate Program Director where a recommendation is made and forwarded to the College and Graduate Dean.
** NOTICE **
Applications are now being accepted for graduate assistantships, foundation fellowships, and Advanced Opportunity Program (AOP) grants for the 2016-2017 academic year. For priority consideration, submit your Graduate Assistantship/Fellowship/AOP application by March 1, 2016. We will continue to collect applications until all assistantships have been filled and all fellowships/grants have been awarded.
