Event Services will assist in planning and executing all aspects of your event — including room selection and layouts, audio-visual support, food and beverages and suitable décor. A variety of special events may be arranged through the Event Services office, including wedding receptions, business and professional conferences and holiday get-togethers.

Explore spaces and rates in the Davies Student Center, Schofield Auditorium and on the campus mall. Rates differ for Registered Student Organizations, UWEC Departments and Third Parties. See below for rates:
Rates for Registered Student Organizations
Reservations made under Recognized Student Organizations must be made by an active student member and not made on behalf of the organization by a faculty advisor or any other entity. The planning, implementation, and communication of the event should also be coordinated by the student members.

Definitions
Half Day | A reservation is considered a half day rental if the actual meeting/event is 5 hours or less. The Event Services set up/strike times prior to and after the reservation are not taken into consideration when determining if the reservation is full/half day.
Non-Revenue Event | An event that does not charge admission or is in no way revenue producing.
Registered Students Organizations | UW-Eau Claire student organizations registered with Activities, Involvement & Leadership.
Revenue Event | An event that charges admission or is revenue producing.

A/V & Services
Whether its a presentation, performance or lecture, our onsite event production crew will put your mind at ease. Our meeting rooms come equipped with an in room computer, projector, screen and sound. We would be happy to discuss with you your vision and how to make it happen.

Reservations
We’re here to help! There are several ways to request a reservation:
Self Service Online Reservations
Event Services has procured a new reservation system, Mazévo, that allows the UWEC Students, Faculty and Staff to request space in the Davies Center, Schofield Auditorium, or the Campus Mall online with your UWEC account (you must have a uwec.edu account to log in) here: https://mymazevo.com
If you do not have a UWEC account, prefer an alternative method to reserving space, or have questions please email unictr05@uwec.edu or call 715.836.5631
Accessing the online reservation system (UWEC only):
- Sign in here: https://mymazevo.com
- Type in your UWEC email
- You’ll be prompted to authenticate using OKTA login
- Once into Mazevo, you'll have a few options:
- Add New Request – submit an event or meeting request
- Large event spaces such as the Ojibwe Ballroom, Dakota Ballroom, Schofield Auditorium, and all outdoor spaces must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
- Meeting Rooms must be booked at least 72 hours in advance
- My Events – Review status of your booking, request changes, and view past events you’ve booked.
- Event Book – view the calendar to check on availability or see what events are happening.
- All Events – view all events including Recreation
- Add New Request – submit an event or meeting request
Once your event has been submitted, our Event Services staff will either approve or deny your request. If we have questions about your request, we will reach out to the contact included in the request. Please note it may take 24-48 hours to confirm or deny your request, during normal business hours M-F 8am-4:30pm.

Reservation Deadlines

- At least 2 weeks before the event | all event details must be finalized with Event Services
Catering
Catering requests must be made at least 2 weeks before the event. Click here to learn more about Blugold Catering. Blugold Catering is the exclusive provider of food and beverages for events at UWEC. You may provide your own food and beverages provided the total value is less than $250. If you would like to have your own food and beverage valued over $250, complete and submit a Food Waiver Request Application.
Usher Corps
As the face of UW-Eau Claire, the Usher Corps organization is responsible for guest service, collecting tickets, seating, safety and oversight of campus events. In addition to the professional services we provide, we also strive to connect the university and its performers and speakers with the community. Ushers project a friendly and welcoming image at all times and attend to patrons' needs to ensure the success of every event. Click here to request Usher Corp Services.
Ticketing & Registration
The Davies Service Center provides ticketing, ticketing staff, auditing and expertise. Ticketing requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the first day of ticket sales. Event organizers may request ticketing staff for on-site sales and on-site audits. Click here to learn about ticketing and registration services.
Step 3 | Host your event
Changes to Event Details
Notify Event Services as soon as possible if there are additional requests or changes. Change fees may apply if requested after the above deadlines.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received by Event Services by the following deadlines.
**Please note: A cancellation/no-show fee may be charged if proper notification is not given.
