Matt is a programmer. He loves programming things.

Matt is a database administrator and software engineer working on a variety of software systems. He also serves as the support liaison between Learning and Technology Services and the Computer Science Department, as well as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Computer Science Department.

Katie Larson is a learning technology and training professional with experience across higher education, K-12 education, and corporate training. She currently serves as LTS Training Coordinator and Senior Instructional Consultant at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where she leads campus-wide technology training initiatives, supports enterprise instructional technologies, and collaborates with faculty, staff, and leadership to advance innovative and accessible learning experiences.

Katie's expertise includes instructional technology, faculty development, digital accessibility, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and emerging technologies, including AI. She has held leadership roles within the Universities of Wisconsin Learning Technology Development Council and is passionate about helping organizations leverage technology, communication, and professional development to create inclusive, student-centered learning environments.

Talented technical engineer with experience in managing customer relationships and providing technical support within educational institutions. Skilled at diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral problems. Ability to accurately assess diverse customer needs and effectively interface with administrators, faculty, staff, and students. Innovative and collaborative leader with the ability to efficiently manage projects and resources.
