Located on Level 2 of W.R. Davies Student Center, Event Services is the university's centralized event planning organization, responsible for all non-academic reservations on campus. Event Services works with students, staff and the community to plan meetings, conferences and other events taking place on the UW-Eau Claire campus.
The office works with administrative offices and academic departments in executing programs that support instruction and co-curricular activities. An array of event technology is available. Event Services also directs the annual Viennese Ball, the largest social event presented at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire.
Event Services is responsible for more than 11,000 reservations on the UW-Eau Claire campus every academic year, serving some 200 different groups from the campus and community. The unit's responsibilities for event planning, production, facilities and house management require a high level of professional knowledge and expertise. Staff hold active memberships in the following professional organizations:

Event Services directs a highly responsible student staff trained in all aspects of safety and event production to ensure the well-being of all users of campus facilities.
