Activate Your Account

To activate your account, you will need your username and campus ID, which are found in your admit letter or application acknowledgment email (which is sent from our LTS Help Desk within three business days of submitting your application).

This step must be completed before we can send you your Orientation information and access to sign up.

02
Submit Your Enrollment Deposit

Activate your account if you haven't already, then log into MyBlugold CampS. Select the “Admissions” tile, and click “Pay Enrollment Deposit.” From here you will indicate the term you were admitted to, whether you are a first-year or transfer student, and how you wish to pay your deposit. Deposits are refundable until May 1.

You must complete this step to receive Orientation info.

06
Register for Orientation

New student orientation is required for all admitted new students. Beginning in February we will send you orientation dates and details if you have submitted your enrollment deposit, as well as information on placement testing.

07
Register for the Freshman Connection Program

This optional three-day program will help you get to know campus, connnect you to campus resources, and help you transition smoothly into your first semester on campus!

08
Apply for Minnesota Reciprocity (if applicable)

The current reciprocity agreement between Minnesota and Wisconsin enables a Minnesota resident to attend Wisconsin public institutions of higher education at rates approximating tuition prevailing in the Minnesota State University System. To receive this reduced tuition, apply through the Minnesota Aid Student Portal. If you have questions about reciprocity, contact the Minnesota Office of Higher Education at 800-657-3866.

09
Submit Final High School Transcript

If you had not yet completed high school when you applied, you need to provide an official final high school transcript for a review of your senior grades and certification of graduation. Your admission will become final only after it is determined that you continue to meet admission standards.

How to submit transcripts: All transcripts must be sent by your high school through a secured electronic delivery service (Docufide, Naviance, Career Cruising, Parchment, Credentials, etc.) or US Postal mail to the address below. Note: Emails and faxes are not official documents.

UW-Eau Claire Admissions Office

10
Submit Test Credit

If you have taken Advanced Placement (AP) examinations, have the official scores sent to the Admissions office. If you have taken College Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams, or International Baccalaureate (IB) examinations, have the official scores sent to the UWEC Advising Retention and Career Center for evaluation.

11
Submit Test Scores (if applicable)

If you chose to apply test-optional, ACT/SAT scores were not considered as part of your admission review. However, if you did not apply test-optional, you will be required to submit your official scores from the testing agency before the first day of classes. Please note that the test score listed on your transcript is not an official score report.

To request official test scores: visit the ACT website (UW-Eau Claire's ACT code is 4670) or visit the SAT website (UW-Eau Claire's SAT code is 1913).

12
Submit College Transcript(s)

If you have taken college courses before high school graduation, you are required to have that college send an official transcript to the Admissions office. This includes college coursework taken at your high school (CAPP, CIS, PACC, YOP, COP, PSEO, etc.). To be properly advised and ensure you do not take duplicate coursework, send an official transcript after completing all coursework and before orientation. Altering or failing high school or college coursework could result in the cancellation of your admission.

NOTE: Please check with us before taking additional courses for college credit through a university or any test-credit program (examples, AP/IB/CLEP). These courses could be duplicative of your first-year, prescribed Launch courses.
