Towers Hall South is separated into two wings: East and West. Each wing consists of 35 - 41 residents and one Resident Assistant (RA). The entire West wing houses female residents. On the East wing, Sixth & Ninth floors house female residents; and Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh, Eighth & Tenth floors house Male residents. All standard rooms house two residents each.

* All rooms are identical vertically. As such, second floor can be used as a reference for all floors above it; for example, room 202 is the same as 302, 402, 502, etc.
