In both Towers North and Towers South floors 3, 6 and 9 are all female floors. On these floors, both wings are female.  Floors 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10 (except for 10th floor Towers South*) are all co-ed floors that split at the elevators.  On these floors there is a female wing and a male wing with a Resident Assistant on each wing.

Special Living Opportunities

Towers North (8th Floor) is home to the Hmong Culture Living Community. It also houses the Outdoor Adventure Living Community on 5th Floor.

Towers South (4th Floor) is home to our International Living Learning Community. *10th floor Towers South is the home of our only co-ed by door floor. This floor has men and women living on the same wing and usually consists of only upperclassmen residents.

2nd floor in Towers North and South, as well as all the Student Overflow rooms (238, 288, 338, 388, 438, 488, etc.) are Substance Free floors/rooms – students who are housed in these rooms cannot have any alcohol/ tobacco products or any other forms of substance in their room at any time.


Towers South Room Information

In Towers Hall, each floor is separated into two wings. In Towers South there is a West wing with rooms 01-19 and an East Wing with rooms 20-38. Each wing consists of approximately 36 residents and one Resident Assistant (RA).  All standard rooms house two  residents each. There is also a single room and an overflow room which may house up to 5 people.
