The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire extends congratulations to the 2,778 students named to the fall 2023 dean's list. Their academic performance has been outstanding, and we recognize these students with pride.
At the end of each semester, each of UW-Eau Claire’s four colleges recognizes excellence in scholastic achievement by publishing the Dean’s List.
To be eligible, a student must:
be in good academic standing.
have a minimum semester GPA of 3.70.
have completed at least 12 credits during the semester, with no incompletes, no courses below the 100 level, no repeats, and no Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory registrations (except in degree credit-bearing courses that are offered only on the S/U grading system in which a grade of S has been earned).
Eleven Blugold undergraduate researchers and their faculty mentors will share their research and creative projects ranging from neurodivergence to PFAS testing of rural drinking water at the annual Research in the Rotunda event March 11 in Madison.
Accounting students at UW-Eau Claire will provide free income tax return preparation through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, a service of the IRS and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
Following a nearly two-year process, UW-Eau Claire was one of 237 institutions recognized with the 2026 Carnegie Elective Classification for Community Engagement. Only 277 institutions nationwide now hold the endorsement, including nine in Wisconsin.
