Longzhu Dong, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Director of the International Business Program at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. With a doctoral degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Dong's research focuses on global virtual teams, work-family balance, and workplace vigilantism. His work delves into the complexities of team dynamics across cultures, the intersection of professional and personal life, and the informal justice mechanisms within organizations.
