Brewing Projekt
Dare Mighty Things 6.4% ABV
"Our original hazy IPA. The dare mighty things series features a showcase of one single hop per variant. We really want the unique characteristics of each hop to be on full display in each beer. If you’re in the haze craze, this is the beer for you."
Tip Top 7% ABV
Maibock Lager
Modicum
Keller Pilsner 5% ABV
"The freshest pilsner you’re likely to find. Keller, meaning 'cellar' in German, denotes that the beer is served fresh, directly from the lagering cellar. Kellerbier is served unfiltered which gives it a rustic character you’re not likely to find in other German lagerbier. It showcases a bready, biscuity malt backbone balanced by floral hop aromatics and a refreshingly crisp, dry finish."

This auditioned choir represents diverse academic disciplines with a common respect and admiration for choral music. The creed upheld by the membership is "Pride and Sensitivity," words which inhabit their singing and the way they carry themselves on and off the stage. The Singing Statesmen are proud of their tradition of performing choral music representing repertoire from the Renaissance through the present.
