First-Year and Transfer Students for 2023-2024
When it comes to living at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, it is important to be aware of all the important dates and deadlines. The dates below apply to you if you are a first-year and transfer students starting this fall.

| May 1, 11:59pm | Last day to update housing contract preference including roommate and living learning community preferences as well as to cancel housing contract. |

| June 7 | Find out if received preference for Living Learning Community or International Student. Or, your room selection schedule for self-selection |
| June 12-19 | Those who qualify for room self-selection will pick your room. |
| September 2/3 | Move In Days! Sign up required. Full details in assignment email. |
Second Semester Students 2024
| December 15 | Application cancellation deadline for enrolled students to cancel with no financial obligation to spring term contract and receive the $75 housing deposit refund (if applicable). |
