Event Parking
Hosting an event?
Parking and Transportation Services is here to help you with your parking needs. We can assist you with coordinating parking arrangements for meetings, conferences, or any other special events on campus. To best serve you, we ask that you submit your event permit request at least two weeks prior to your event to ensure ample time to secure parking for your guests.

Attending an event?
Workshops and Conferences
If you are going to be on campus to attend a workshop or conference during the day you will need to obtain a permit. Please contact the department hosting the event in regard to parking arrangements. Be sure to review all information as to the location of your parking and display your permit if one is provided.
Evening Events- Monday through Friday
Open parking is available in the following locations.
Lower Campus
- F and S stalls after 3pm
- G stalls after 6pm
*Meters are enforced M-F 8am-9pm on lower campus
Upper Campus
- Murray and McPhee lots after 4:30
- F rows in Towers after 3pm (refer to posted signs)
*Meters are enforced seven days a week 8am-9pm.
Saturdays and Sundays
Open parking is available in all permitted lots on campus.
