Continue your nursing education with a graduate certificate in either education or administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The program is designed for registered nurses who have completed a master’s degree in nursing and wish to obtain additional role preparation in education or nursing administration.

Our curriculum is designed to expand your knowledge of the science of nursing, specifically through educational or administrative concepts. You can choose to explore managerial theories and learn nurse administrator role functions, or dig in to teaching/learning theory, curriculum development and education issues concerning personal values, research, and societal and healthcare trends.

- Successful completion of a nationally accredited (CCNE or NLN) nursing master’s degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Wisconsin Registered Nurse licensure.
This post-master’s certificate program uses existing graduate level nursing courses, offered in the existing scheduled rotation of courses, and using existing resources. Students will be admitted on a “space available” basis.
