Beginning in summer 2027, successful high school students across Wisconsin will receive acceptance letters from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Thanks to its best overall score, UW-Eau Claire ranks 23rd out of 171 public and private regional schools in the Midwest, continuing its trend of being ranked in the top third of the category every year since 1995.
In this year’s list, UW-Eau Claire is once again the top regional comprehensive university in the four-state Midwest area that includes Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois.
A special Thursdays at the U lecture and social gathering on Sept. 3 will reflect on 60 years of higher education in Rice Lake.
