Student Health Insurance

The Spring and Summer 2010 University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire student health insurance plan is now available for purchase and enrollment. This insurance coverage begins January 25, 2010, and lasts through August 25, 2010. There is no deadline for enrollment.

Please stop by the Student Senate office, Davies Center 132, or visit the Student Health Insurance Web site for information about eligibility and enrollment.

Open Positions

Student Senate has several open positions for the Spring 2010 semester, including:

• Secretary
• On and Off Campus Senators

If you are interested in applying for any of these positions, please pick up, fill out, and return an application from the Student Senate Program Coordinator in Davies Center 132B. These positions will be filled as soon as possible.

Blugold Commitment

Student Senate passed a version of the Blugold Commitment (53-R-13), amended down to $1,200 per student per year, by a vote of 17-15-0. Before the Blugold Commitment could take effect, though, it must be passed by the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents.
