Tele-Health

Counseling Services has partnered with Mantra Health to provide additional tele-health appointments that are available to UWEC students and may allow you to be seen sooner than the in-person appointments.

By enrolling in Mantra, you can connect virtually to licensed therapists to address your unique needs during daytime, evenings, or weekend hours.

If you have bipolar disorder, disordered eating, substance use problems, or active thoughts of harming yourself or others, please start with an in-person assessment to find out if telehealth is right for you.

Here is a step-by-step guide to sign up:

  1. Go to app.mantrahealth.com.
  2. Create your account by clicking "Sign Up" using your UWEC email address.
  3. Complete the onboarding tasks in your Patient Portal, which takes about 10 minutes, and schedule your first appointment. Be sure to do this before your appointment!
  4. Join your first scheduled appointment with your therapist through the Mantra Patient Portal.
