UW-Eau Claire will offer three new majors in fall 2026, including one that is the only major of its kind at a public university in the Upper Midwest.
UW-Eau Claire Chancellor James Schmidt was recognized by the UW System Board of Regents on June 5 for his 12 years of outstanding service to the university.
Carrier, who has been a member of the UW-Eau Claire Police Department since 2012, has been named chief of police, effective June 1.
