Rebecca Staupe, M.A., LPC (she/her/hers)

Becca is a licensed professional counselor. She obtained her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Boston College Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Becca has worked with clients of all ages and developmental stages. She enjoys supporting clients in meeting their individual goals and finding meaning and purpose. 

Becca has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, complex and generational trauma, substance use, and interpersonal conflicts. She utilizes an eclectic approach to counseling, merging cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches through a feminist theory and person-centered view.
