Responsibilities

The Finance and Operations Manager evaluates and forecasts revenue and expenses based on financial trends and input from unit leadership to optimize best practices, innovation, and effectiveness within the College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CONHS) by aligning operational and logistical strategies. This position ensures budget processes comply with Federal, State, and University statutes and policies by promoting fiscal and administrative integrity that encourages meaningful relationships with internal and external constituencies. The Finance and Operations Manager position serves as the Budget Officer for the College and serves as a liaison for the Dean with an advisory role within the College. This individual must be committed to positively contributing to the quality of work-life for all College employees and must be responsible for understanding, interpreting, and applying the principles of the CONHS Employee Handbook in a consistent manner.
