Biography

Biography

Rachel Kilde-Boudjema has worked in the social work field for more than 15 years in a variety of different positions. She currently works as an associate lecture for UWEC Social Work Department, she joined in 2022. She also works for two domestic violence agencies where she provides clinical supervision. She works for Comprehensive Community Services as the Lead Multi-County Clinician, where she works with 9 counties that provide this program to their communities. Rachel enjoys sharing her experiences in the field with her students.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her dogs and her family. She enjoys traveling, being in nature, reading, and listening to podcasts.
