Biography

Biography

Karah Gonstead has been a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) since 2016. She is an actively practicing psychotherapist at her private practice mental health office, Genuine Way Family Therapy, where she specializes in working with teens, young adults, and Moms.

In the first handful of years after obtaining her Masters of Social Work, she provided services to the community in both Green Bay and Eau Claire via her position as a medical social worker with a hospice agency.

Karah is passionate about working alongside her clients and students in a manner that is strengths-based. In doing so, clients/students often step into a more vulnerable space in order to see their own potential and believe in their ability to learn and grow.

When not teaching or in the office, Karah is likely to be spending time with her son, daughter, and husband. They enjoy the farmers market, playing at parks, going for walks, and building/creating in the sunshine!
