Biography
Dr. Bowling is an assistant professor in the Kinesiology department at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire & serves as the director of the Cancer Recovery & Fitness program. She earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University and her Ph.D. from the University of North Alabama in Exercise Science & Health Promotion. Her research explores exercise and nutritional interventions to improve females' metabolic health at various stages of life. Dr. Bowling is also a certified group fitness instructor, with experience leading indoor cycling, HIIT, and strength classes.
