Her objective is to empower you to develop your own goals and support you in making them happen. She often incorporates DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills such as emotion regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness into between session work. She has experience addressing a variety of clinical concerns including anxiety, depression, attention deficit, suicidality and self-harm. She enjoys helping students with concerns related to being a gender or sexual minority (i.e. LGBTQIA+), a first-generation college student or with relationships.
