There are several scholarship opportunities for pre-health students to take advantage of. Scholarships can be offered by major, department, or other areas. Blugold Fellowship
Get paid to do research and work alongside faculty! This unique opportunity offers you up to $5,400 to collaborate with a faculty member on important projects during your first two years at UWEC. Gain in-depth knowledge and valuable hands-on experience.

Biomedical Innovator Scholars
The Biomedical Innovator Scholar program is a research scholarship program where students conduct research with UW-Eau Claire faculty researchers and the possibility of research with Mayo Clinic researchers. BI Scholars are awarded up to $8,000 in scholarships, with potential for renewal for up to 3 years.

Gold for Blugolds Scholarship Network
You may be eligible for financial assistance based on merit through our scholarship program. Each year, UWEC awards over $3 million in scholarships. Awards can range from $150 to more than $8,000 per year.
