Spring 2025-26 On-Campus Meal Plan Sign-Up & Change Information

Meal Plan changes for 2025-26 are no longer being accepted.  Please contact the Blugold Card Office via e-mail the BlugoldCard@uwec.edu with any questions.

Fall 2026-27 On-Campus Meal Plan Sign-Up & Change Information

All students living in a residence hall must have an on-campus meal plan each semester and can chose from either the Gold Flex, Blu or Loyalty Dining Dollars plan.

Students will be automatically assigned the Gold Flex plan when their room assignment is made.  Students will be allowed to change their meal plan before the start of the semester.  Details and instructions on how to change a meal plan will be sent to students in June.

(Students living in Aspenson Mogensen, Chancellors, Haymarket Landing and The Priory are exempt from this policy but may purchase one of these plans for convenience, if desired.)

On-Campus Meal Plan Additional Information

All students who live in a residence hall must have an on-campus meal plan each semester and can choose from either the Gold Flex, Blu or Loyalty Dining plans. The location of a student’s residence hall does not determine or suggest which plan they should choose. Students living in Aspenson Mogensen Hall, Chancellors Hall, Haymarket Landing and The Priory are exempt from this policy but may purchase a meal plan if they would like.

Students living in campus housing that requires an on-campus meal plan will be assigned the Gold Flex plan when their housing assignment is made.  If a student wants either the Blu or Loyalty Dining Dollars plan, it is their responsibility to initiate the change within the parameters of the meal plan change period as explained above.

Meal Plan Dollars can be used at any campus dining location during each semester. They are used as cash equivalent to make dining purchases and have no cash value.

Meal plan dollar balances remaining at the end of the first semester will roll over to second semester only if a student has an active on-campus meal plan both semesters. All on-campus meal plan dollars remaining at the end of the academic year will expire. Meal plan dollars have no cash value.

Additional details on each available meal plan can be found here: Meal Plans
