Biography
Dr. Laura Jok teaches in the Blugold Seminar in Critical Reading and Writing at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She previously taught at Kenyon College and earned a PhD at the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MFA at the University of Houston. A former Luminarts Cultural Foundation fellow, her short stories appear in New Ohio Review, Alaska Quarterly Review, Sou’wester, The Florida Review, Green Mountains Review, Nimrod International Journal, Chicago Quarterly Review, and Juked. Her literary criticism appears in the James Joyce Quarterly. She is at work on a novel.
