Resources Covered in Orientation

All new students are able to change their schedule on their own through CampS, throughout the summer if they wish to. It is highly recommended that you check with your Professional Academic Advisor before you make changes to your fall schedule, to make sure you're covering all your bases in your first term at UW-Eau Claire.

Additionally, make sure and check out our Tech Tuesday Workshops in August! Even if you have experience working with these applications, UW-Eau Claire is a new school and it's important to stay on top of your academics, and our LTS office is here to help. Virtual links will be provided here closer to the first Tech Tuesday date.

Once you're done with orientation, your next step is move in this fall! You will sign up for move in online through your MyHousingPortal, likely later in the summer. Keep at eye on your UWEC email for more information. Details on that process can be found at the Residence Life + Housing move in website.

For questions on financial aid and tuition, you'll want to connect with our Blugold Central team - your one stop shop for common helpful transactions on campus. Look through our online resources for UWEC tuition rates, and information on applying for and receiving financial aid.

If you'd like to speak to a representative directly, you can email blugoldcentral@uwec.edu, call the office during business hours (M-F, 8-4pm) at 715-836-3000, or set up an appointment with a Blugold Central professional. 

We have a Scholarship Resource Center on campus! There, you'll be able to make an appointment to meet 1:1 with an SRC mentor, who can walk you through the process for looking through scholarships (both on campus and off campus) and applying for them. They host appointments throughout the academic year.
