Jacob Fields

Jacob is a case manager in the Dean of Students Office. He helps students connect to resources and support both on and off campus. A proud UW–Eau Claire alum, he has experience supporting students in personal and academic success, mental health, leadership development, and life skills. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education – Language Arts, he split his time between classroom teaching and leading therapeutic wilderness programs for youth. He earned his Master of Education–Professional Development degree from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, focusing on experiential education and group development. Jacob enjoys fly fishing, hiking, canoeing, skiing, and biking, as well as spending time with his family.
