If you plan to live on campus during the summer, we have you covered! Housing and Residence Life offers a wide variety of options to fit your needs, and your schedule. Additionally, if you're a Housing and Residence Life employee (working a minimum of 20 hours per week), we offer free summer housing.
Summer Housing Rates
Below you will find a summary of the summer schedule and the associated fees. Please contact the Housing Office at 715-836-3674. for more information. Applications are available starting April 4th and can be found on the My Housing Portal.
Residence Hall Double=$14 per night
Residence Hall Single=$16 per night
Chancellors Hall: $21 per night
Haymarket Double=$21 per night
Haymarket Single=$27 per night
Summer Rooms are available in Murray, Chancellors, or Haymarket. There are very limited space availability in Chancellors and students who are assigned here for the summer must have a spring term or fall term Chancellors assignment to qualify for summer.
Full payment is due by June 17, 2019 to avoid additional fees. Balance remaining after June 11 are subject to $20 administrative service fee and a finance charge of 1% per month. More info on Student Finances.
Assignments and confirmation of charges will be provided in early May for any student that applies by deadline April 30th.
Meal plans are not available during the summer.

During the summer months, parking can get a bit confusing. Construction projects, summer maintenance and campus events often dictate where you can park. Visit Parking and Transportation for information on parking lot locations, hours of enforcement, lot closings and more.
Haymarket Landing: Onsite parking in the underground ramp at Haymarket is $40 per month. More information about how to reserve parking available in your assignment confirmation email in May.
