If you plan to live on campus during the summer, we have you covered! Housing and Residence Life offers a wide variety of options to fit your needs, and your schedule. As you may read in the FAQ for summer, you will see Sutherland is a hall choice. Due to social distancing guidelines, Chancellor's Hall will be utilized instead of Sutherland Hall.
Summer Housing Rates
Below you will find a summary of the summer schedule and the associated fees. Please contact the Housing Office at 715-836-3674. for more information. Applications are available starting April 4th and can be found on the My Housing Portal.
Chancellors Apartment with single bedroom: $16 per night
Haymarket Double=$21 per night
Haymarket Single=$27 per night
Full payment is due by June 15, 2020 to avoid additional fees. Balance remaining after June 15 are subject to $20 administrative service fee and a finance charge of 1% per month. More info on Student Finances.
Assignments and confirmation of charges will be provided in early May for any student that applies by deadline April 30th.
Generally meal plans are not offered during summer but summer of 2020 is not a typical summer. Blugold Dining is explore the opportunity to offer a meal plan this summer depending on the demand from campus students.

During the summer months, parking can get a bit confusing. Construction projects, summer maintenance and campus events often dictate where you can park. Visit Parking and Transportation for information on parking lot locations, hours of enforcement, lot closings and more.
Haymarket Landing: Onsite parking in the underground ramp at Haymarket is $40 per month. More information about how to reserve parking available in your assignment confirmation email in May.
