Current Student Scholarships

Scholarships need to be sent in as soon as possible to avoid delays in it posting to a student’s account. All scholarships should include the student's name and ID number and be sent to: Blugold Central Student Services 1108 Old Library| 105 Garfield Ave. PO Box 5000 | Eau Claire WI 54702-5000

Scholarships are awarded in various amounts and are based on a number of criteria.  Scholarships may be based on things such as academic performance, demonstrated financial need, programs of interest, year in school and other factors. 

Federal regulations require us to consider scholarships when calculating a student's financial aid package and eligibility.  Therefore, scholarships may potentially reduce other need-based aid.  All scholarships should be reported on MyBlugold CampS Self Service Student Center or directly to the Financial Aid office.  Every effort will be made to ensure the adjustment is as advantageous as possible to the student, reducing loan or work study first.

Beware of Scholarship Scams. Don't pay a fee for financial aid or scholarship information. In a current scam students are receiving a letter that is listing UW-Eau Claire and it appears to be from an official financial aid organization, but it is from a business the UW-Eau Claire does not endorse.
