Missing Blugold Cards

If you misplace your Blugold Card, contact Blugold Card Services or use your online account access to suspend activity on your accounts until you are able to find it. The university is not responsible for misuse of your ID from the time it is lost to the time it is reported missing. When you locate your card you may reinstate activity on your accounts at no charge by visiting Blugold Card Services.

Lost or stolen Blugold cards

If you are sure that your card is lost or has been stolen, contact Blugold Card Services at once or use your online account access to lock your accounts until a new card is issued to you. The university is not responsible for misuse of your ID from the time it is lost to the time it is reported lost or stolen.

Damaged Blugold cards

Blugold Cards that are damaged beyond normal wear must be replaced at the cardholder's expense.

Replacing a Blugold card

Blugold Card Services will charge $15 for the replacement of a Blugold Card. Photo identification is required. Once a Blugold Card is replaced, any previous cards will be obsolete and should be returned to Blugold Card Services.

To avoid paying for a replacement card you could also follow these steps to get your Blugold Mobile ID:

  1. Download the Transact eAccounts app on your mobile phone
  2. Login with your UWEC username and password
  3. Click "Add to Wallet"
