Congratulations on your acceptance! Here are you next steps to start your academic journey:
1. Add UWEC to your safe senders list
You will be receiving important information from UW-Eau Claire via email. To make sure you receive it, add @uwec.edu to your safe senders list. If you don't see any communication from us within three days, check your spam/promotional folders in your email!
2. Activate your account
To activate your account, you will need your username and campus ID, which are found in your admit letter or application acknowledgement email.
3. Remove holds on your account
There may be holds on your account that you need to take care of before you will be able to enroll in classes. One of these holds includes signing your Payment Plan Agreement (PPA), which includes important information about the billing and payment process.

4. Register for classes
For students in the High School Special Program or Early College Credit Program, registration for the fall term will begin in late August, registration for the spring term will begin in late January, and registration for the summer term will begin in late February. Please keep an eye on the email you entered on your application for correspondence from an advisor with instructions on how to enroll. If you do not see an email by the end of the August (fall term) or January (spring term), please check the junk/spam/promotional folder in your email.
