The Center for Sales and Sales Management in the Department of Management and Marketing is known for its curriculum which develops students' analytic and communication skills as well as their knowledge of marketing and sales. The UW-Eau Claire Sales Team competes at sales competitions around the United States, and has taken home several wins.
The UW-Eau Claire Center for Sales and Sales Management annually appears on the Sales Education Foundation list of Top University Sales Programs. We are an associate member of the University Sales Center Alliance, a consortium of sales centers located in universities throughout the United States. We were the first sales program in Wisconsin to achieve both distinctions.
The Center and its activities are supported by the Department of Management and Marketing, gifts from friends and corporate sponsors, and grants from UW-Eau Claire Blugold Commitment funds.

The Partners Program offers a unique opportunity for employers and the Center to work together to shape the educational and professional development of future sales professionals.
The Partner Program connects employers with talented students who are academically prepared and focused on sales as a profession. It also helps employers build and maintain name recognition on campus through participation in classroom and student organization activities, competitions, and other sponsored events.
Commitments of time and financial resources from our partners makes it possible for us to host The Great Northwoods Sales Warm-Up, a national sales competition, and Blugold Sales Challenge, a local competition. Partner gifts also support professional development for students and faculty, travel to competitions and professional conferences, scholarships for students, and maintenance of the Center 's sales facilities.
