Meet the Peer Advisors!

Killian Jones
they/them/theirs
Hello! I'm Killian Jones, and I'm a first-year student in the school psychology graduate program. A big part of the reason I decided to stay at UWEC for my graduate education is because the faculty here are absolutely excellent--not only are they incredibly competent in their fields, but they also truly care about their students as people. I was ecstatic to be offered a chance to act as a peer advisor because I really enjoy helping others carve out their futures as students and aspiring professionals.

Kassie King
She/her/hers
Hello! My name is Kassie King and I am so excited to be a Peer Advisor here at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire! I am a senior Psychology major with an art minor, with plans on pursuing school counseling. During my time as an Undergraduate student at Eau Claire I have received a well-rounded education in which has done a fabulous job prepping me for life after in my career and Graduate school. I chose to earn my Undergraduate education here because of the many opportunities the school and city of Eau Claire offers. The atmosphere has always been supportive, where I know the student’s needs are always encouraged to be advocated for.
