Developing skills, deepening passion

Get real world experience as part of your education. Having an internship is one of the most important things you can do to build your skills, understanding and passion for this field. Get into probation offices, public defenders offices or even the secret service. We have various options for all of our students to get the experience they’re craving. Students can apply for an internship within a local agency with whom we've had a longstanding relationship (such as those listed below). Additionally, faculty are available to assist students in applying for internships outside of the Eau Claire area (such as the FBI Honors Internship in Washington, DC).
