    Dani is an intern with Counseling Services and currently a master's student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of Wisconsin - Stout. She has a concentration in crisis and trauma counseling but enjoys working with individuals of any background. Her approach to counseling includes a humanistic, expressive, and client-centered approach. She strives to provide a safe space where clients can uncover emotions, build positive skills to manage their mental health, and learn how to express themselves in safe and healthy ways.

    My research is focused on Precambrian metallogeny and magmatic-hydrothermal systems. I specialize in mineralizing volcanic environments and reconstructing tectonic/magmatic settings to better assess regional- and property-scale mineral potential. My students and I have conducted field- and lab-based studies on volcanogenic massive sulfide, komatiite-hosted Ni-Cu, and syenite-associated Au deposits.
